Sinclair promotes DOS Fred Corbus to GM of CBS affiliate WWMT-TV (Channel 3, Kalamazoo). Mr. Corbus succeeds Jim Lutton. Mr. Lutton was GM at “Newschannel 3” for a decade, and he retired on July 14.
Before joining “Newschannel 3,” Mr. Corbus worked in Detroit (WXYZ-TV DOS) and Grand Rapids (WOOD-TV DOS). Mr. Corbus began his broadcasting career at WWMT-TV as a sales rep, then earned promotions to LSM and NSM.
