MacDonald Broadcasting sued

November 1, 2017 By Blaine

Photographer Alec Tabak files a lawsuit against Saginaw’s MacDonald Broadcasting.  MacDonald owns eight radio stations, and the lawsuit concerns alleged illegal use of Tabak’s picture.  Mr. Tabak photographed rapper Troy Ave., and he claims that MacDonald published the copyrighted photo on WQHH-FM (96.5fm, Lansing)’s website.  The lawsuit also says that MacDonald intentionally removed the “gutter credit” to hide their alleged infringement.
