Michigan Community Radio — FCC application denied

Michigan Community Radio applied to the FCC to move their CP for translator W248CC (97.5fm, Ecorse) to 99.1fm as a displacement.  The FCC rejected this application, since a translator that’s still a CP cannot be displaced.
