Sinclair promotes DOS Fred Corbus to GM of CBS affiliate WWMT-TV (Channel 3, Kalamazoo).  Mr. Corbus succeeds Jim Lutton.  Mr. Lutton was GM at "Newschannel 3" for a decade, and he retired on July 14.
